Also uses incentives for monthly and annual awards for business people to enhance the beauty of their own business exteriors including grounds keeping.
Volunteer beautification opportunities are also available at the state level encouraging citizens and businesses to help make state highways cleaner and more attractive.
Beautification opportunities are availalbe for municipalities too. NJDOT has launched a program for municipalities to fabricate, install and maintain Welcome signs on state highway rights of way.
